1. Understand Your Sales 3.0 Pipeline
Sales 3.0 organizes your leads into follow-up stages:
- Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, Day 5, Day 7, and additional stages through Day 30
- Won
- Lost
Each lead card gives you important information at a glance, including:
- Customer name
- Square footage
- Quote/job price
- Service type
- Revenue/value
💡 NOTE: You can also see the total potential revenue sitting within each pipeline stage.
2. Sales 3.0 Now Has Automated Follow-Ups
One of the biggest updates in Sales 3.0 is automated customer follow-up.
Your sequence can automatically send:
- 📧 Emails
- 📱 Text messages
The sequence begins with Day 0, which is the immediate follow-up, and continues through the scheduled follow-up days.
🚨 IMPORTANT: These messages are being sent to your leads automatically based on the sequence. Make sure you know what your customers will receive!
3. Review & Customize Your Sales Automations
Go to:
Menu → Branch Settings → Sales Automations / CRM Automation
Here you will see the follow-up sequence for Day 0, Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, and so on.
Pre-filled templates have already been provided to help you get started. You can edit these templates to fit your company and brand.
You can customize:
- Email wording
- Text message wording
- Logo or other images
- Header/footer information
- Signature
- Customer and quote information
📝 NOTE: You do NOT have to start from scratch. Use the provided templates as your starting point and customize what you need.
4. Use Fields to Personalize Your Messages
You can insert available fields into your emails and text messages so information automatically populates for each customer.
Fields may include:
- First name / Full name
- Address
- Price
- Discount
- Service type
- Square footage
- Other quote/customer details
⚠️ PAY EXTRA ATTENTION: Be careful when editing or inserting fields. You want to make sure the correct customer and quote information appears naturally in the final email or text.
5. TEST Everything Before Using It With Real Leads
Before relying on your automations, RUN TESTS!
Create a few fake/test quotes using your own business email and run them through Sales 3.0.
Check:
- What the email looks like in your inbox
- How the text message reads
- Whether the correct fields populate
- Whether your logo/images display correctly
- Whether the wording sounds like your company
- What happens when you move a lead to Won
- What happens when you move a lead to Lost
Won: You can have a confirmation email/text automatically sent when the customer books.
Lost: You can have a separate follow-up automatically sent when the lead is marked Lost.
🚨 IMPORTANT: Edit your templates FIRST, then run fake/test quotes through Sales 3.0. Do not wait until a real customer receives an automation to discover something needs to be changed.
⭐ REMEMBER
Review → Customize → Test → Then Use
Your automations are communicating directly with your customers, so make sure they represent your company the way you want them to.
