1. Create ONE Quote With Multiple Service Options
Sales 3.0 now allows you to include multiple service types on one quote.
You no longer need to create separate quotes for:
- Deep Clean
- Weekly
- Every 2 Weeks
- Every 4 Weeks
- Other available service types
Open the opportunity and select Services to add the options you want to present. Click Apply, then Generate from Template to create the quote.
💡 NOTE: The customer does NOT have to purchase every service shown. You are simply giving them multiple options to choose from.
2. Customize, Review & Send the Quote
Before sending, review the generated quote and make sure the information is correct.
You can customize your quote template with:
- Company logo and images
- Contact information
- Cleaning/checklist links
- Card-on-file or payment links
- Pricing and service information
- Add-ons
- Other information you want the customer to receive
You can send the quote by Email, Text, or Send All.
Sales 3.0 also keeps your previous quote versions, so you can go back and see quotes that were previously sent—even after making changes.
📝 NOTE: If you add something later, such as a refrigerator, oven, windows, or additional cleaning time, regenerate the quote so the updated time and price are included. You can resend quotes as needed.
3. Complete the Booking Information
Once the customer chooses their service, complete the booking information in TCS.
Confirm:
- Address
- Square footage
- Selected service(s)
- Service date
- Arrival window
- Add-ons
- Entrance/customer notes
- Internal scheduling notes
- Recurring frequency, if applicable
🚨 IMPORTANT — STRIPE ID REQUIRED
You cannot convert the opportunity into a job until the Stripe Customer ID has been created.
Sales 3.0 now forces this step before conversion. This helps prevent the Stripe/customer-linking issue that occurred in 2.0.
Create the Stripe ID and add the card on file when applicable before completing the conversion.
4. Mark ONLY the Services the Customer Won
When the customer says YES, select the specific services they actually purchased.
For example, the quote may contain:
- Every 2 Weeks
- Every 4 Weeks
- One-Time Deep Clean
But if the customer chooses Every 4 Weeks + One-Time Deep Clean, mark only those services as Won.
Once confirmed, Sales 3.0 will create the appropriate jobs and recurring subscription.
⚠️ PAY EXTRA ATTENTION: Always verify the selected services, dates, pricing, add-ons, and scheduling information before confirming. The system will use this information to create the actual jobs.
5. Complete Your Tasks to Trigger the NEXT Automation
This is one of the MOST IMPORTANT things to remember in Sales 3.0.
After sending the quote, you still need to mark the current follow-up/task as Completed if you want the lead to continue through the automation sequence.
Example:
Day 1 follow-up completed
↓
Mark the Day 1 task Completed
↓
Lead moves forward
↓
Day 2 automation can send the following day at the scheduled time
🚨 WARNING — AUTOMATIONS DO NOT JUST MOVE FORWARD ON THEIR OWN
Completing the task tells Sales 3.0:
“Yes, continue following up with this lead.”
If a customer says, “Don't contact me again until next week,” do NOT complete the task just to move them forward. You don't want the next automated email/text going out when the customer specifically asked you to wait.
Use Activities to review your pending follow-ups, complete the appropriate tasks, and keep each opportunity moving through the pipeline.
⭐ BEFORE YOU START USING SALES 3.0
FIRST: Review/edit your notification and automation settings.
SECOND: Review and customize your email and text templates.
THIRD: Run test/fake quotes through the entire process.
⚠️ REMEMBER
Multiple services can now go on ONE quote.
Stripe Customer ID must be created before converting to a job.
Only mark the services the customer actually purchased as Won.
Complete the current task when you want the next automation to move forward.
If the customer asks you to stop or delay follow-up, do NOT trigger the next automation.
