Payroll Adjustments Overview
Overview on that how to utilize Payroll Adjustments page
Search by Name
Use the search bar to find payroll adjustments for a specific employee (e.g., type "Teresa" to see all of her records).
Filter by Cleaner
Apply a filter to view adjustments for a particular cleaner.
Filter by Adjustment Type
Choose a specific payroll adjustment type to view only those entries (e.g., tips).
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Milege Rem | Amounts added for miles driven |
| Tips | Amounts added from customer tips |
| Laundry | Amounts added or subtracted for washing laundry for employees |
| Supplies/Shirts | Amounts added or subtracted for uniforms or supplies |
| Lockout Fee | Amounts added for when the client does not permit access to the home the day of cleaning |
| PTO | Amounts added for Paid Time Off based on your companies policies |
| Bonus | Amounts added for extras your cleaners can earn based on your company policies |
| Trainer Pay | Amount per day the trainer is paid when training someone |
| Trainee Pay | Amount per day the trainee is paid when in training |
| Paying Back Advance | Amount added or subtracted if an advance in the employees paycheck is given |
| Hourly | Amount paid to the cleaner based on User setting hourly rate |
| Other Taxable/Non Taxable | Any other taxable or non-taxable amounts paid or deducted |
| Rembursment | Amount paid or deducted from the cleaner |
| Parking | Amount rembursed to the cleaner for parking |
| Travel Time | Amounts added from gross payroll reprots for driving or riding in the car |
| Break Time | Amounts subtracted from gross payroll report for job breaks, or lunch |
Example: Checking Tips for a Month
Select the "tips" adjustment type.
Set the date range (e.g., month of May) to see all tips paid out in that period.
Export Data
Download the filtered payroll adjustment list as an Excel file for further review or reporting.

This process is for viewing and filtering existing payroll adjustments.
Creating a new payroll adjustment will be covered in the next tutorial.
