This explains how to manage branches in the cleaning software, including editing branch addresses and switching between branches.
Step 1: Contact for Additional Branches
If you need more branches than currently available, contact the cleaning software support to add a new branch to your account.
Step 2: Access Branch Settings
Go to the Branches section in your account.
Here you will see all existing branches listed.
Step 3: Edit Branch Address
Click on a branch to edit its address.
Ensure the address is accurate because this determines how the map zooms in when viewing jobs for that branch.
Step 4: Switch Between Branches
To view a different branch’s jobs, select the branch from the list.
You can switch back and forth as needed to manage different branch locations efficiently.
Notes: Common Mistakes to Avoid
⚠️ Incorrect Branch Address: If the address isn’t accurate, the map will not zoom correctly to your branch’s location.
⚠️ Assuming More Branches Are Automatic: You must request additional branches through support; they aren’t added automatically.
