How to view Feedback from Cleanings
Once a customer submits a tip and feedback, it is automatically recorded and visible in both notifications on the map and the Interactions Log, allowing admins to review exactly what the customer submitted.
Step 1: Customer Submits Tip and Feedback
The customer completes the rating and tip form.
Submission happens after clicking Submit on the tip link.
Step 2: Tip Appears in Notifications
The tip immediately appears in the Tips section within your notifications.
These notifications are visible at the top of the map screen.
Step 3: Admin Reviews Tip Notification
The notification shows:
That a tip was submitted
The associated job/customer
This allows quick visibility without opening the job file.
Step 4: Open the Interactions Log
Navigate to the Interactions Log.
This log tracks all customer communications and actions.
Step 5: View Customer Rating and Feedback
In the Interactions Log, you will see:
Customer review rating
The exact written feedback the customer typed
The text shown is exactly what was submitted on the tip link.
Step 6: Use Feedback for Tracking and Payroll
Tips can now be:
Verified for payroll
Reviewed for technician performance
Used for quality control or follow-up if needed
Notes & Best Practices
Tips and feedback are logged automatically—no manual entry required.
The Interactions Log provides a permanent record of customer sentiment.
Reviewing feedback regularly helps identify:
Top-performing technicians
Service issues early
Tip notifications help ensure nothing is missed during busy days.
