Your Stripe support email and business contact details control where customer replies go and what contact information appears on Stripe invoices and receipts. Always confirm this is set to your company email.
1. Go to Business Settings
Log into Stripe
Click Settings
Select Business
Click Business Details
2. Locate the Support Email
Find the field labeled Support Email
This is the email customers see on invoices and receipts
Customer replies will be sent to this address
3. Edit the Support Email if Needed
Click Edit
Replace with your company email (not a personal owner email if possible)
Confirm it is spelled correctly
Click Save
4. Confirm Additional Contact Information
On the same Business Details page, verify:
Business phone number
Website URL
Public-facing business name
This information appears on Stripe-hosted invoice and payment pages.
5. Double-Check Customer Email Settings
Go to Settings → Customer Emails
Scroll down to Support Email
Confirm it redirects to your Business Details page
This ensures all customer replies route correctly to your company inbox.
