Your bank account in Stripe determines where your payouts are deposited. Always confirm the correct account is connected before going live.
1. Go to Business Bank Settings
Log into Stripe
Click Settings
Select Business
Click Bank Accounts
2. Verify the connected bank account
Confirm the bank name is correct
Confirm the last 4 digits of the account number match
Confirm it is marked as the default payout account
3. Edit or change the bank account if needed
Click Edit next to the bank account
Follow the verification steps Stripe provides
Enter updated bank details
Complete any identity or security verification
Stripe may send a verification prompt before allowing changes.
4. Confirm payouts are active
Make sure the bank account shows as connected
Confirm there are no verification alerts
Check that payouts are not paused
