How to Add Tip Link
This explains how to add a tip link to customer notifications for completed cleanings, both in email and SMS templates.
Step 1: Access Branch Settings
Go to your Branch Settings in the cleaning software.
Step 2: Open Notifications
Navigate to Notifications and locate the “Clean is Complete” template.
Step 3: Insert Tip Link in SMS
In the SMS section, type your message for when the cleaning is complete.
Click Insert Link to add the tip URL at the desired location in your message.
Step 4: Insert Tip Link in Email
Switch to the Email section of the template.
Click Insert Link to add the same tip URL in your email message.
Step 5: Save Changes
After adding the links to both SMS and email, click Save at the top of the page.
Notes: Common Mistakes to Avoid
⚠️ Forgetting to Save: Always click Save after editing templates, or your link won’t be applied.
⚠️ Inserting Link in Wrong Section: Ensure the link is added in both SMS and Email sections if you use both notification types.
⚠️ Incorrect URL: Double-check the tip URL before inserting to ensure it directs customers correctly.
