Add your GHL card capture form link to your quote email so customers can securely place a card on file before scheduling.
Step 1. Copy the card capture form link
- In GHL, go to Sites
- Open your Card Authorization Form
- Click Share or Integrate
- Copy the form URL
Step 2. Add the link to your service type email
- In TCS, go to Company Settings → Service Types
- Open the service type (Deep Clean, Initial Clean, etc.)
- Open the Notifications tab
- Add text such as:
- "To confirm your spot, please place a card on file using our secure card capture form."
- Highlight the text and insert the GHL form link
Step 3. Save and test
- Save the notification template
- Send yourself a test quote
- Verify the link opens the card capture form correctly
Notes
- The card capture form collects a card without charging the customer.
- Customers can submit payment information before scheduling.
- GHL will notify you when a card has been successfully added.
