Guide for Solo cleaning providers on how to navigate and operate the cleaning app effectively while in the field.

1. Log In & Start Day

• Open the app and log in using the company-provided email and password.

• Select your driver and tap Notify Customer to send your “on the way” message.

• Use Google Maps to navigate to the first job.

2. Check In & Review Job

• Tap Check In when you arrive.

• Review job details: time, address, customer notes, and cleaning instructions.

3. Start & Complete Cleaning

• Tap Start Cleaning to begin.

• Use the task checklist to complete each area.

• Request extra time or leave notes if needed.

• Tap Finish once cleaning is done.

4. Move to Next Job

• Tap Start Travel, notify the next customer, and tap Arrive once there.

• Repeat the cleaning steps for each job.

5. Clock Out & Finalize Day

• After the last job, tap Finish and Continue.

• Tap Finalize Payroll and then Clock Out to end your day.

Optional: Take Breaks

• Use the Break button only between jobs, not during an active job.

• Tap Continue when ready to resume.
