How to create, price and calculate add-ons in The Cleaning Software

1. Go to Add-Ons Settings

   • Navigate to Company Settings → Add-Ons.

2. Create a new add-on

   • Enter the name (e.g., “Oven Cleaning”).

3. Set estimated time

   • Specify the estimated time to complete this add-on (e.g., 30 minutes).

4. Set unit price

   • Enter the price charged for this add-on (e.g., $50).

   • Optionally, mark it as a customized price quote if the price varies.

5. Add a description

   • Write a clear description of the add-on (e.g., “Clean inside and outside of oven”).

6. Save the add-on

   • Click save to add it to the add-on list.

7. Repeat for other extras

   • Add any other extra services you charge for, like laundry or dishes, following the same steps.
