Step 16: How to Set Up Rotations (optional)

Optional if your company rotates areas in the home for deep cleaning.

Know what rotations are

• Rotations allow you to alternate specific tasks on recurring services (e.g., bi-weekly cleans).

Go to the Service Type you want to set rotations for

• Example: Bi-weekly cleaning service type.

Create rotation groups

• Add Rotation 1 (e.g., baseboards). Save it.

• Add Rotation 2 (e.g., blinds). Save it.

How rotations work

• The system alternates between Rotation 1 and Rotation 2 on each service visit.

• For example, first visit includes baseboards, next visit includes blinds, then baseboards again, etc.

When to use rotations

• Useful for rotating deep cleaning tasks or other services you don’t do every visit.
