Step 14: How to Add Service Zones (optional)

Service Zones are the areas or rooms in the home (Kitchen, Entry, Garage, Office, Den, Living Room, Master Bath, etc).......they are the areas where you assign "Service Tasks" to. You MUST create your zones First before assigning Tasks

Service Zone: Kitchen

Service Task: Clean Microwave

Identify common zones

• Typical zones include: living room, bedroom, kitchen, hallway, laundry, bathroom, and general areas.

Add new zones if needed

• You can add custom zones like “garage” or any other area relevant to your services.

• EXAMPLE:

Enter zone names in English and Spanish

• Provide the zone name in both languages.

• If unsure of the Spanish name, use Google Translate or copy the English name for now.

Set the display order

• Assign the order number to control where the zone appears on the list (e.g., first, second, third).

Save the zones

• Click save to finalize the zone setup.
