How to allow access to certain section of The Cleaning Software to users.
Note: Providers may ONLY view their schedule. No other client or CRM information.
Admin - Whether you select them to be a General Admin and Non-General Admin defines their permissions
General Admin has access to ALL branches
Non-General Admin only has access to the branch they are assigned to
Providers - Cleaners who are in the field

Open Employee Profile
Go to the employee’s account in the software.
Example: Select “Daisy Dukes” and open their profile.
Adjust Role Permissions
Locate the Roles section.
Check or uncheck the specific areas you want the employee to access.
Remove Unnecessary Access
If you want them to keep most admin privileges but restrict certain areas:
Turn off Staff access (hides payroll adjustments, time-off events, and user list).
Turn off Provider access if not needed.
Turn off Scheduling to block the scheduling section.
Turn off Customer Access to hide customer-related sections.
Turn off Admin Settings if you don’t want them changing system-wide settings
Save Changes
Click Save after adjusting roles.
Result
When the employee logs in, they will only see and access the features you left enabled.
All turned-off sections will be hidden from their account.
