This training explains how to access and use the Admin Field View within the cleaning software from your Desktop
Step 1: Go to the Main Home Page
From the main home page, open the menu on the left side.
Scroll to the bottom and locate the section labeled Admin Field View.
Step 2: Access Admin Field View
Click on Admin Field View.
This view is used if:
A job on the schedule is assigned to you (your username).
You need to go into the field and complete a job yourself.
Step 3: Logging In from a Mobile Device
When in the field, log in to your account on your phone.
Open the Admin Field View from the menu.
You can click through and manage the job the same way a provider (cleaner) would.
Step 4: Permissions and Access
Even in Field View, you still have Admin permissions, based on your company’s settings.
This allows you to perform admin-level actions while viewing jobs as a provider.
Step 5: Completing Tasks or Requests
If the job you’re handling involves:
A supply request, or
A task assigned to you,
then you can complete it directly through Admin Field View.
This gives you another way to handle assigned work without navigating through routes or switching to a cleaner’s view.
Step 6: Alternative Access
You can also access the same job by:
Going to the Route,
Selecting the Cleaner’s View, and
Viewing the job from there.
However, Admin Field View is a quicker option when you are both an admin and a field provider.
