Change How Many Days in Advance Providers can View Schedule

Adjust how many days your providers can view their schedule in advance

Open Branch Settings

• Go to the menu in your cleaning software.

• Select Branch Settings.

Locate the “Days Visible to Cleaners” Setting

• Find the field labeled Days Visible to Cleaners.

• This number controls how far in advance technicians can see their schedules.

Set the Number of Days

• 1 Day → Technicians only see the current day.

• 2 Days → Technicians see today and tomorrow.

• 5 Days → Example: Monday through Friday (or any 5-day range starting from the current day).

Example in Action

• If today is Thursday and it’s set to 5 days, technicians will see: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

• They will not see Tuesday yet.

Cleaner’s View

• Technicians can view:

  • The list of houses/jobs.

  • Type of cleaning (deep clean, make ready, monthly, etc.).

  • Number of jobs for the day.

• They cannot clock in for future days — viewing only.
