Overview on how to add a user (admin or provider) from a route
Open Route Management
Go to the Route Management section in your cleaning software.
Select the Route
Find the user you want to add someone to (e.g., User #2).
Click the Add button.
Choose a Cleaner
Scroll through the list of cleaners.
Cleaners already assigned to a team will be marked.
Select an available cleaner (e.g., Dolly Parton).
Select Assignment Type
Permanent → Assigns them to this crew for all future days.
Temporary (date range) → Assigns them until a specific end date (e.g., until Friday).
Day Only → Assigns them for today only, without affecting future days.
Optional: Add Notes
If needed, type a note explaining why you reassigned the cleaner.
Save the note.
Save Changes
Confirm your selection so the user list updates.
