This procedure outlines how to access, view, and manage customer subscriptions efficiently, including routine schedule adjustments and checking total active subscriptions.
Accessing Subscriptions Directly
- Navigate to Subscriptions: Under Customers, select Subscriptions to bypass the need to open the individual customer file.
- Search for Subscription: Enter the customer’s name to access their subscription details directly.
2. Viewing and Managing Subscriptions
- Open Specific Subscription: Locate the customer's subscription (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) to make any necessary changes.
- Available Actions: From the subscription view, you can:
- Make schedule changes (e.g., reschedules, skips).
- Edit subscription details such as cleaning preferences, service types, and customer notes.
3. Viewing Active Subscription Count
- Check Total Count: At the bottom of the subscriptions page, find the number of Active Subscriptions.
- This count reflects your routine customer base (e.g., “346 active subscriptions” indicates 346 routine customers).
- Use this total when asked about the number of routine customers.
