How to Add Cleaning Noters for One Time or All Future Visits
This guide explains how to edit cleaning notes for a recurring job—whether you want the change to apply permanently to all future visits or temporarily for just one specific cleaning.
Step 1: Open the Customer’s Subscription.
Navigate to the customer’s subscription job (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly).
Confirm you are viewing the correct ongoing job.
Step 2: Add or Edit Notes.
Locate the cleaning notes section.
Enter your notes clearly (e.g., “Clean upstairs guest room every visit”).
Step 3: Save Changes.
Click Save once you’ve added or updated the notes.
Step 4: Choose Permanence of the Note.
A prompt will appear asking if the change applies to:
All Future Jobs → Select this if the note is permanent (e.g., regular cleaning tasks).
Only This Job → Select this if it’s a temporary note (e.g., “Do not clean craft room this visit”).
Step 5: Verify Your Changes.
Reopen the job or the next scheduled visit to ensure the notes display correctly according to your selection.
Notes: Common Mistakes to Avoid
