This guide explains how to manage customers who have multiple subscriptions, such as twice-weekly cleanings, by renaming and organizing them to reflect different cleaning areas or schedules.
1. Identify Multiple Subscriptions
Open the customer’s profile (e.g., Elvis Presley).
Confirm there are two active weekly subscriptions — one for Monday and one for Friday.
2. Review Each Subscription
Check the subscription schedule in the calendar view.
Monday subscription: cleaning downstairs only.
Friday subscription: cleaning the whole house.
Note that each subscription may have different prices and durations.
3. Rename Subscriptions for Clarity
Open the Monday subscription.
Click Edit and rename it to “Weekly – Downstairs.”
Click Save.
Open the Friday subscription.
Click Edit and rename it to “Weekly – Whole House.”
Click Save.
4. Confirm Subscriptions Are Organized
Go back to the customer’s main profile.
You should now see:
Weekly – Downstairs (Mondays)
Weekly – Whole House (Fridays)
Verify each has correct pricing, duration, and cleaning area details.
5. Verify in Subscription List
Go to your Subscription List.
Search the customer’s name (e.g., Elvis Presley).
Confirm both subscriptions appear separately with clear names and schedules.
Notes
Naming subscriptions clearly helps prevent confusion when scheduling or billing.
Keep separate subscriptions for jobs that differ in frequency, tasks, or pricing.
This method also improves tracking for payroll, reporting, and team assignments.
