Customer View of Tips (Tip only sms)

This shows how a customer can use the tip link from their cleaning notification to leave a one-time tip for a specific job without accessing the full cleaning software.

Step 1: Access the Tip Link

• The customer clicks the tip link included in the “Cleaning Complete” notification.

• This opens a dedicated tip landing page, not the full cleaning software.

Step 2: Select Tip Amount

• The customer can choose a percentage of the job cost or enter a custom dollar amount.

• Example: Enter 10% or 15% of the cleaning price.

Step 3: Set Tip Recurrence

• Decide if this is a one-time tip or a recurring tip.

• For one-time tips, ensure the recurring option is not selected.

Step 4: Confirm Tip

• Click Continue to finalize the tip for that job.
