Open the customer profile for the short-term rental owner.
Click Create Job and confirm the property address.
Select the Short-Term Rental service type.
-
Enter a custom price (example: $345).
Short-term rentals are typically priced uniquely.
-
Add optional add-ons if applicable:
Laundry
Extras
Set the estimated job time (example: 6 hours).
-
Choose the subscription start date (example: December 31).
This will be a yearly subscription.

Review all details.
Click Save and Continue to finalize the job.
If you have multiple Properties for a Customer or Property Management you can add a Custom name to the subscription
Notes
