Admin Field View - How to Use In The Field
Admin Field View allows administrators or office staff to clock in, manage jobs, and complete tasks from a mobile device while in the field. It supports basic job functions but not full scheduling or payment adjustments.
1. Log into the system on your phone
Open the software on your mobile device
Log in
You will land on the map homepage
Note that the mobile interface looks different than desktop
2. Open Admin Field View
Tap the main menu (top right corner)
Scroll to the bottom
Select Admin Field View
3. Start and manage the job
Select Driver
Click Clock In
Notify customer you are on the way (if needed)
Click Start Cleaning
You can perform normal field actions such as:
Leaving notes (ex: picked up laundry)
Completing checklists
Finishing the job
Clocking out
4. Use Dusty while in the field
Tap Dusty at the bottom corner
Ask simple operational questions such as:
Total revenue for today
Jobs scheduled for tomorrow
Unassigned jobs
Tips received
Dusty works similarly to desktop but is best for quick questions.
5. Understand mobile limitations
Admin Field View does not support:
Editing routes
Adjusting job times
Processing payments
Changing customer addresses
Rescheduling jobs
These functions must be handled from the desktop version.
