How to configure rescheduling fees in The Cleaning Software to streamline customer scheduling and enforce company policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling
Access Extra Settings
Go to your Branch Settings.
Select Extra Settings.
Understand Reschedule Fees
These are the fees you set when rescheduling a client.
Always have an option for:
$0 when the company reschedules.
$0 when the client reschedules (optional).
24-hour reschedule fee:
Either 50% of the cleaning price
Or a $50 flat fee.
Add a New Reschedule Fee
Click Add New Reschedule Fee.
Example: Name it "Lock-out".
Set Type to Percentage.
Set the Amount to 100% of the cleaning price.
Save Changes
Click Save Changes.
New fee is now active in the system.
