Configure your cleaner settings to match how your business operates. Only complete the fields that apply to your company—any unused settings can remain at 0.
1. Configure Routes
- Set Maximum Route Members based on your typical team size.
- Add one extra member beyond your normal team size for scheduling flexibility.
- Set Maximum Routes to match the number of teams you operate, plus one or two extra routes.
2. Configure Payroll Settings
- Enter an Admin Fee if applicable; otherwise, leave it at 0.
- Set a Minimum Pay if cleaners receive a guaranteed minimum payment.
- Enter the Mileage Rate if you reimburse mileage.
- Enter the Travel Time Rate if cleaners are paid for driving between jobs.
3. Configure Trainer & Lockout Settings
- Select the appropriate Trainer Payout Mode (hourly, percentage, flat rate per job, or flat rate per day).
- Enter the trainer payout amount if applicable.
- Set a Lockout Fee if cleaners are paid when they cannot access a customer's home.
4. Configure Cleaner Access
- Set Days Visible to Cleaners to determine how far in advance cleaners can view their schedules.
- Enable Breaks for Cleaners if employees should be able to clock out between jobs.
5. Save Your Changes
- Review your settings.
- Click Save to apply the changes...
Notes
- Most settings are optional and can be left at 0 if they do not apply to your business.
- Maximum Route Members should generally be one higher than your normal team size to allow scheduling flexibility.
- Maximum Routes should include one or two extra routes beyond your current staffing.
- The Admin Fee is used for payroll calculations and is not a separate line item on customer invoices.
- The Lockout Fee is paid per cleaner, not per job. If two cleaners are assigned, each receives the configured amount.
- Changes take effect immediately after clicking Save.
