Step 4: Extra Settings - Time Slots

How to configure Time Slots in The Cleaning Software to streamline customer scheduling and see at-a-glance what the avalibility is on the schedule

Access Time Slots

• Go to the Time Slots section in your settings.

Understand Purpose

• Time slots are arrival windows for scheduling clients.

• Clients will not see these — they are for internal scheduling only.

• Keep the number of time slots to a minimum.

View or Edit Existing Time Slots

• Examples:

  • 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

  • 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

  • 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Add a New Time Slot (if needed)

• Click New Time Slot.

• Example: Start at 5:30 PM.

• Add another if needed, e.g., 8:30 PM.

Save Changes

• Click Save to finalize the new time slot(s).

Use in Scheduling

• When creating jobs, select one of the predefined time slots for the client’s arrival window.
