Step 7: Setting Up Subscription Frequencies

How to configure and customize subscription frequencies in The Cleaning Software, enabling flexible scheduling for various cleaning intervals.

1. Access Subscription Frequencies:
   • Log into The Cleaning Software (TCS).
   • Navigate to Company Settings. The first section that appears will be Frequencies.
2. Default Frequencies:
   • Most users will have standard frequencies already set up, but you can add or customize them as needed.
   • Common default frequencies include:
     • One-Time: Occurs once with no repetition.
     • Weekly: Occurs every 7 days.
     • Bi-Weekly: Occurs every 14 days.
     • Tri-Weekly: Occurs every 21 days.
     • Monthly: Occurs every 28 days.
3. Adding New Frequencies:
   • To add a new frequency:
     • Example: To add a six-week cleaning frequency:
       • Click Add New Frequency.
       • Set the frequency to every 42 days (6 weeks × 7 days).
   • You can add as many frequencies as necessary to fit your service offerings.
4. Customizing Frequency Settings:
   • For each frequency, define the number of days between services.
   • Example:
     • One-Time: Set the frequency to 0 days since this service will not repeat.
     • Weekly: Set the frequency to 7 days.
     • Bi-Weekly: Set the frequency to 14 days.
     • Tri-Weekly: Set the frequency to 21 days.
     • Monthly: Set the frequency to 28 days.
5. Save and Review:
   • After configuring your desired frequencies, click Save to ensure that they are applied.
   • Review the frequencies to confirm they meet your company’s scheduling needs.
