- Access Subscription Frequencies:
- Log into The Cleaning Software (TCS).
- Navigate to Company Settings. The first section that appears will be Frequencies.
- Default Frequencies:
- Most users will have standard frequencies already set up, but you can add or customize them as needed.
- Common default frequencies include:
- One-Time: Occurs once with no repetition.
- Weekly: Occurs every 7 days.
- Bi-Weekly: Occurs every 14 days.
- Tri-Weekly: Occurs every 21 days.
- Monthly: Occurs every 28 days.
- Adding New Frequencies:
- To add a new frequency:
- Example: To add a six-week cleaning frequency:
- Click Add New Frequency.
- Set the frequency to every 42 days (6 weeks × 7 days).

- Save and Review:
- After configuring your desired frequencies, click Save to ensure that they are applied.

- Ensure all frequencies are accurate and correspond to the correct number of days between services.
- Test any new frequencies by scheduling a test job to verify the proper intervals.
