How to set up member multipliers for a company that runs Solo (if you have your techs drive their separate cars to the same job than for payroll purposes you will have a Solo model in TCS.)
Sample Sheet:
Confirm your system setup type
Choose solo or team system — you must set all service types the same way (no mixing). This guide is for solo setups.
Set Member Time Multiplier (how job time is calculated based on people sent)
1 person →
1(same speed)2 people →
2(twice as fast)3 people →
3(three times as fast)4 people →
4(four times as fast)
Set Payroll Multiplier (how total pay is split)
1 person →
1(gets 100% pay)2 people →
0.5(split evenly between two)3 people →
0.33(split evenly between three)4 people →
0.25(split evenly between four)
Set Estimate Rate per Hour Multiplier
Use the same values as Member Time Multiplier above.
Save settings
Apply to every service type if your business runs with solo logic.
