Step 12a: Set Up SOLO Payroll Multipliers (required for accurate payroll with Solo models)

How to set up member multipliers for a company that runs Solo (if you have your techs drive their separate cars to the same job than for payroll purposes you will have a Solo model in TCS.)

Sample Sheet:

Confirm your system setup type

• Choose solo or team system — you must set all service types the same way (no mixing). This guide is for solo setups.

Set Member Time Multiplier (how job time is calculated based on people sent)

• 1 person → 1 (same speed)

• 2 people → 2 (twice as fast)

• 3 people → 3 (three times as fast)

• 4 people → 4 (four times as fast)

Set Payroll Multiplier (how total pay is split)

• 1 person → 1 (gets 100% pay)

• 2 people → 0.5 (split evenly between two)

• 3 people → 0.33 (split evenly between three)

• 4 people → 0.25 (split evenly between four)

Set Estimate Rate per Hour Multiplier

• Use the same values as Member Time Multiplier above.

Save settings

• Apply to every service type if your business runs with solo logic.
