How to Use Filter on Schedule

Various ways to search for a job or multiple jobs based on statuses

Search by Customer Name

• Type the customer’s name in the search bar to quickly locate their job.

• Clear filters anytime by clicking the X button.

Filter by Job Status

• Example: View only Completed jobs or only In Progress jobs.

• Helps focus on current work or confirm what’s finished.

Filter by Payments

• See jobs with Unpaid invoices or Payment errors.

• Useful for checking if all payments were collected (best used on past dates).

Filter by Time Slot

• Narrow results to jobs scheduled within a specific time window (e.g., 11:30–2:30).

• Great for filling openings in the schedule.

Filter by Service Type

• Example: Show only Deep Cleanings scheduled that day.

• Helps group jobs by service category.

Filter by Route

• Example: Show only jobs assigned to Route 1.

• Makes route planning easier.

Filter by Job Duration

• Example: Find jobs between 120–200 minutes.

• Useful for matching jobs with available time slots.

Always Clear Filters

• After reviewing results, click the X to reset and see the full schedule again.
