Understanding Time Slots:
Time slots group jobs by time ranges (e.g., morning, mid-morning, afternoon).
Example: 5:30–8:30 AM is used for commercial jobs.
Shows number of jobs and total scheduled hours per slot.
Focus on Hours, Not Jobs:
Scheduling is based on hours, not number of jobs.
Example: Two 2-hour jobs = One 4-hour job → both generate same revenue.
Scheduling a Job Using Time Slots:
See hours available in each slot (e.g., morning 7 hours, afternoon 15 hours).
If a customer requests a 4-hour cleaning, pick a slot with sufficient hours.
Check detailed route view to decide which specific route/time fits best.

Time slots help track revenue potential, growth patterns, and openings.
Determine busy periods and available capacity quickly.
Setting Up Time Slots:
Go to Branch Settings → Extra Settings → Time Slots.
Customize morning, mid-morning, afternoon, and other blocks as needed.
✅ Key Tip: Time slots simplify scheduling by focusing on available hours per period instead of individual jobs, making it easier to manage workload and revenue.
