This SOP provides a guide on directly editing the details of a one-time job from the schedule board in The Cleaning Software.
- Accessing the Job from the Schedule Board:
- Navigate to the schedule board and locate the one-time job you wish to edit.
- Right-click on the job and select View Details to open the job’s specific information page.
- Making Edits to the Job:
- Add-On Services:
- If the customer requests additional services, such as a fridge or oven cleaning, add the relevant service under Add-Ons.
- Update Notes:
- If there are special instructions (e.g., access information like a lockbox code), enter these in the Notes section.
- Payment Information:
- If the customer provides updated payment details, enter the new credit card information under Payment.
- For a one-time job, you do not need to select any options for “Save for all” since changes apply only to this specific job.
- Add-On Services:
- Saving the Changes:
- After entering the necessary information, click Save to ensure updates are applied to the job.
- If any mandatory fields are incomplete, such as a payment reason when disabling auto-charge, fill in the required fields before saving.
- Alternative Access Method:
- If preferred, you can also access the job details by:
- Searching for the customer’s name (e.g., Tina Turner) under Customers.
- Opening the customer’s job file for the scheduled date and making edits directly from this view.

Key Notes:
- Direct Access from Schedule Board: Using the schedule board allows for efficient, real-time updates to job details without navigating through customer files.
- Single Job Focus: Since this is a one-time job, any updates or add-ons apply solely to this cleaning and do not carry over to future bookings
