Step 1: Open the Map View.
Navigate to the correct date (typically the next day) to locate the scheduled job.
Step 2: Find the Customer on the Map.
Locate the customer (e.g., Shelley) whose reminder you need to resend.
Step 3: Click View Details.
From the customer’s job pin or list entry, select View Details to open their job file.
Step 4: Go to the Job File.
Once in the job file, confirm the job information and ensure it’s the correct customer.
Step 5: Click Send Reminder.
This action immediately resends the reminder notification to the customer.
