How to Use Automatic & Manual Appointment Reminders
1. Configure Notifications
First, set up your reminder templates under Branch Settings → Notifications.
Define wording for with time (arrival window) and no time (date only).
2. Access Reminders
Go to Schedule Jobs Map.
Click the bell icon (Reminders) in the left corner.
A reminder menu will pop up.
3. Manual Reminders
Select a date and reminder type:
With Time → includes arrival window.
No Time → only shows date.
Send reminders directly from here.
4. Automatic Reminders
Can be toggled on or off based on company preference.
Example: A 1-day reminder is sent at 9:30 AM for the following day’s jobs.
Adjust send time (e.g., change to 3:30 PM) and click Save.
You can also configure multi-day reminders (2, 3, 4, or 5 days in advance).
Example:
1-day reminders → morning.
3-day reminders → after lunch.
5. Tracking Reminders
View the Interactions Log to confirm reminders were sent.
Sent reminders appear in the log with the job and type (with/without time).
