How to assign more than 2 people or routes to one job.
Step-by-Step: How to Assign a Shared Job
Start with the Schedule
Begin with jobs unassigned (or from the current schedule).
Example: A 5-hour job (Lollipop).
Assign the Job to the First Team
Click on the job (Lollipop).
Select the team (e.g., Team 1 with Holly).
Set arrival time (e.g., 8:30 AM).
Lock route and click Assign.
Identify if Help is Needed
If the job is too large (e.g., Holly cannot handle a 10-hour job alone), assign another helper.
Add Another Route for Shared Job
Reopen the job (click on Lollipop again).
Click Add Additional Route.
Select another available cleaner (e.g., George Strait).
Set arrival time (same 8:30 AM).
Lock route and click Assign + Save.
Confirm Shared Job
Job will now display with an “S” (shared job).
Check both routes:
Route 1: Holly has Lollipop.
Route 2: George Strait also has Lollipop.
Click the job to see all assigned team members.
Assign Additional Jobs
Example: After Holly finishes Lollipop, assign her another job (e.g., Ozzy Osbourne at 2:30 PM).
Lock and assign.
Final Check
Holly’s schedule: Shared job in the morning (Lollipop) + solo job in the afternoon (Ozzy Osbourne).
George’s schedule: Shared job in the morning (Lollipop) + open for another assignment later.
