And overview of how to use the Map to schedule, and route your jobs in day-to-day operations.
Step-by-Step: How to View and Edit a Team’s Schedule for a Specific Day
Open the Schedule for the Desired Day
From the schedule view, select the day you want to review (e.g., tomorrow or next Tuesday).
On the right-hand panel, you’ll see a summary of how many hours and minutes are already assigned to each team (e.g., Team 1 has 2 hours 20 minutes assigned).
View a Team’s Assigned Jobs
To see the exact jobs assigned to a team:
Click on the team’s route (e.g., Route 1) to see all houses or jobs scheduled.
Or use the filter option to display only that team’s jobs.
This gives you a quick overview of what work is already assigned.
Scroll Through All Teams
Use the scroll buttons to move through each route.
This allows you to see what every team has assigned for the day, not just one.
Switch Between Days
If today’s schedule is already set, you can move to another day (e.g., next Tuesday) to view or edit jobs.
When viewing another day, you may notice unassigned jobs that still need to be placed.
Assign an Available Job to a Team
Identify which team has available time. Example: Route 1 has space left and a nearby job (Paula Hopkins) is unassigned.
Click on the unassigned job.
Select the time (e.g., 8:30 AM), click Lock In, then Assign.
The job will now appear under that team, and their total assigned hours will update automatically.
Review Workload Totals
After assigning, check the team’s summary again.
Example: Route 1 now has 2 jobs, totaling 6 hours assigned.
This helps balance workloads across teams.
Check for Conflicts
As you assign jobs, you may see overlaps or conflicts.
Adjust assignments by unassigning or reassigning jobs to keep routes realistic.
View Today’s Schedule
You can always return to today’s schedule by selecting today’s date.
Scroll through to view and edit as needed, the same way as for future days.
Optional: Use Timeline View
If it’s already the active workday, switch to Timeline View.
This shows each job visually along a timeline, making it easier to see start times, overlaps, and daily flow for each team.
