How to use Active Job Communication Report
This report gives a printable overview of all jobs scheduled for a selected date, including contact info, frequency, service type, and notes.
1. Access Report
Go to Reports
Select Active Job Communication
2. Filter for Date
Choose the day you want to review
Example: “Tomorrow” or a past date (e.g., Tuesday)
3. View Details Provided
Customer list for that day
Phone numbers
Email addresses
Time slots
Job frequency
Service type
Scheduling notes or internal notes
4. Use Case
Ideal for schedulers who like printed copies
Can be printed and kept on a desk for:
Confirming schedule updates
Making note changes
Managing customer requests during scheduling
5. Reporting Insights
Displays job counts and statuses:
Total scheduled jobs
Signed/completed
Cancelled
Lockouts
Past dates can be pulled to review historical completion/cancellation data
Notes
