How to use Jobs/Projected Jobs Report

This report helps you forecast revenue by showing all upcoming work — including scheduled and projected future cleanings.

1. Access Jobs / Projected Jobs Report

• Go to Reports

• Select Jobs / Projected Jobs

2. Choose Date Range

• Example: Look ahead into July

• Set the report to include future dates you want to analyze

3. Select Columns to View

• Recommended fields:

  • Customer

  • Address

  • Email

  • Total price

• Adjust columns based on what you want to measure

4. Run the Search

• Click Search

• The report displays all scheduled and projected jobs

5. Forecast Income

• Download the report

• Add up the total price column to estimate July revenue

  • Includes recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.)

  • Includes projected jobs that haven’t yet been officially created

Notes

• The Jobs Report only shows real, existing jobs

• The Jobs / Projected Jobs Report includes future projected cleanings so you can plan revenue and capacity.
