How to use Lost Customers Report

This report helps you see which customers you lost, when you lost them, and why.
1. Access & Date Selection
Go to Reports
Choose Lost Customer Report
Select your date range
Example: May 1 – June 30
2. Filter Customer Types
You can view:
All lost customers
Routine/recurring customers
One-time jobs only
Example: Remove one-time jobs if you only want to track recurring customer churn.
3. Review Lost Accounts
The report displays:
Customer name
Loss date
Reason for loss
4. Use Filters for Insights
Search by:
Customer type
Specific dates
See loss reasons for:
Routine customers only
One-time customers only
Example: You may see a customer marked lost because their house was under construction.
Notes
This report helps track churn patterns and the reasons customers stop service.
Helpful for analyzing quality issues, onboarding gaps, or seasonal cancellations.
