How to use Jobs Report
This report is highly customizable and allows you to analyze job data using different filters and column selections.
1. Access Jobs Report
Go to Reports
Select Jobs Report
2. Choose Filters
Set filters such as:
Date range (e.g., today only)
Service type (e.g., one-time cleans)
Job status (e.g., completed)
Payment status (e.g., unpaid or invoice sent)
3. Select Columns to Display
Pick only the fields you want to see, such as:
Customer email
Service type
Total price
Add columns before running the search.
4. Run & Review Results
Click Search to generate filtered data
View customized results based on selected filters and columns
5. Optional Use Cases
Look up unpaid jobs
Review team performance by filtering by team
Compare assigned dates, job times, or start/end times

This report is extremely flexible — experiment with filters and column layouts to find the insights you need.
Most versions of this report can be downloaded for sorting or sharing.
