How to use Gained vs Loss Report
This report helps track the growth or decline of your recurring cleaning customers over a selected period. It’s useful for analyzing business trends and understanding retention.
1. Accessing the Report
Go to Reports → Routines Gained vs. Lost
Select date range (e.g., month-to-month, custom range)
Optionally, filter by specific customer
2. What the Report Shows
Routines Gained: Total value of new recurring services acquired during the period
Routines Lost: Total value of recurring services lost during the period
Net Difference: Gains minus losses (can indicate growth or decline)
3. Key Features
Compare different months or custom time periods
Track individual customer changes
See repeat customer activity over a longer timeline
