How to use Time Audit Report
The Time Audit Report is a valuable tool to track actual cleaning times versus estimated times, helping you monitor efficiency and adjust pricing or scheduling as needed.
1. Accessing the Report
Go to Reports → Time Audit Report
Select a date range (e.g., yesterday, last week, or custom range)
2. Key Filters
Service type: Filter by weekly, bi-weekly, one-time, or other service types
Customer: View a specific customer’s history to check time trends
Job status: Filter to focus on completed jobs
3. What the Report Shows
Estimated job time: The originally scheduled duration
Actual job time: Time spent on the cleaning
