How to create a recurring job which is classified as a subscription

Entering a Recurring Job (Subscription)

1. Start from Existing Customer

• Select the customer (e.g., Janet Jackson).

• Choose the correct service address.

2. Set Up Recurring Service

• Select Schedule → choose bi-weekly rotation (based on your setup).

• Adjust time and price if needed.

• Enter the start date (e.g., after deep clean on the 3rd, next job starts on the 17th).

• Choose the arrival time slot.

• Customers WILL NOT be notified when you cancel or Mark As Lost or Activate their Jobs or Subscriptions

3. Apply Discounts (if any)

• To apply a recurring discount: add it here, and it will apply to every cleaning.

• For one-time discounts, mark it as one-time only.

4. Payment Method

• Confirm customer’s saved credit card for automatic charges.

• If needed, you can disable auto-charge and select another payment method.

5. Notes & Instructions

  Customer Preferances	Anything outside of actual cleaning	Close bedroom doors when complete so cat does not go into rooms
