How to Reschedule a Job
1. Locate the Job
Go to Jobs and find the job you want to reschedule.
You no longer need to access the subscription first—rescheduling can be done directly from the job screen.
2. Open Reschedule Options
Click Reschedule in the job options menu.
You’ll see three choices:
Reschedule: When the client requests a new date.
Skip: When the client cancels or skips a visit.
Bump: When the company moves the job internally.
3. Select New Date
Choose the new cleaning date (e.g., moved from May 2 to May 1).
Then, select the next scheduled date (e.g., resume regular service on May 9).
Add detailed comments explaining what changed (e.g., “Rescheduled from Friday 5/2 to Thursday 5/1, resuming regular schedule Friday 5/9”).
Comments appear in the Interactions Log for tracking.
4. Apply Fees (if needed)
If the reschedule is within 24 hours, apply a rescheduling fee (e.g., $150).
If no fee applies, select No Fee.
The card will only be charged when you press Save.
5. Save and Confirm
Click Save to complete the update.
In the Interactions Log, confirm that:
The job shows as rescheduled.
Notes are visible.
Any applied charges are listed.
6. Verify on Schedule Map
The original date (e.g., May 2) will no longer display the job.
The rescheduled job now appears on the new date (e.g., May 1).
Hours and assignments update automatically.
Tips:
Always leave clear comments for accurate recordkeeping.
Double-check that the correct resume date is chosen for recurring jobs.
