How to fix Address Not Found Error (GPS)

If TCS cannot locate an address, use Google Maps GPS coordinates instead. This is especially useful for new construction, rural properties, or homes with incorrect map locations.

Step 1. Find the property in Google Maps

• Open Google Maps
• Locate the property or driveway
• Place a pin on the correct location

Step 2. Copy the GPS coordinates

• Click or right-click the pin
• Copy the GPS coordinates displayed by Google Maps

Step 3. Paste the coordinates into TCS

• Open the customer or job in TCS
• Paste the GPS coordinates into the address field
• Click Save

• GPS coordinates work well for new construction and rural properties.
• If Google Maps places the address incorrectly, drop the pin at the driveway or actual entrance.
• Technicians will be navigated to the GPS location instead of the incorrect mapped address.
