1. Job Notes (Entry Notes)
Used for how to access the property.
Examples:
Back door entry
Key under mat
Lockbox location
These notes are visible to cleaners and help them enter the property correctly.
2. Cleaning Notes
Used for specific instructions for how the cleaning should be done.
Examples:
Start in the office first
Go upstairs later because client works from home
These notes are visible to cleaners and guide the cleaning process itself.
3. Customer Preference Notes
Used for client preferences or rules.
Examples:
Do not park in the driveway
Use specific trash cans
These notes are visible to cleaners and should be followed on every visit.
4. Internal Notes (Admin Only)
Used for office and scheduling purposes only.
Examples:
Only send Sarah’s team
Internal reminders or history you don’t want cleaners to see
Visibility:
Admins only
Not visible to cleaners
Helpful when scheduling jobs or tracking internal instructions.
5. Property Key Section
Located under Job Details.
Designed for physical keys but can also be used for:
Door codes
Gate codes
Single access codes
Best used when there is one main access method.
⚠️ Limitation:
You can typically store only one key/code in this section.
6. Multiple Codes (Garage, Gate, Etc.)
If multiple access codes are needed:
Garage code
Gate code
Use the additional code fields, which allow you to list more than one.
This is more flexible than the Property Key field.
