This explains how to update or correct a customer’s address in the system. After editing the address, you must delete any incorrect entries and recreate jobs if they were created with the wrong address to prevent scheduling mistakes.
Step-by-Step
Access Customer Details
Go to the Customer record.
Click on the incorrect address and select View Details.
Edit the Address
Correct the typo or error (e.g., change 13390 → 13309).
Click Save to update the address.
The system will reconfigure any related square footage or details.
Delete Incorrect Address
Click on the incorrect address entry.
Select Delete → Yes/Continue to remove it from the system.
Check Existing Jobs
Existing jobs created with the old address will still have the incorrect address.
Review these jobs to prevent cleaners from going to the wrong location.
Recreate Job if Needed
Create a new job using the corrected address.
Select the appropriate Service Type (e.g., Weekly Solos).
Resume the subscription and ensure all future jobs use the corrected address.

Always verify the corrected address matches the customer’s actual location to avoid errors.
Deleting the wrong address does not automatically update past jobs; they must be recreated.
Keep a record of changes to communicate with cleaners if a mistake was previously made.
