Adding Quote Form to Your Website
This guide explains how to access your quote form settings, configure your website URL, and embed the quote form on your site so leads flow directly into TCS.
1. Open Quote Form Settings
Go to Branch Settings → Third Party Services.
Locate the section containing your quote form.
2. Enter Website Domain URL
Add the URL of your website into the required field.
Review the parameters shown for future reference.
Click Save.
3. Install Code on Your Website
If you manage the site yourself, copy the provided embed code and paste it into your website.
If using a webmaster, send them the code and domain URL to install.
4. Verify How the Quote Form Displays
The form will appear as a white embedded section on your website.
Test placement and formatting visually on the site.
5. Test the Form Functionally
Enter test details (name, contact info, location).
Ensure customers agree to receive texts and emails.
Confirm square footage and service types auto-populate from your company settings.
6. Validate Lead Submission in TCS
After submitting, check that the lead appears in the Leads section of TCS.
Confirm that the customer can receive automated quotes once submitted.
Notes / Watch-Outs
Service types must already be configured properly in company settings for auto-quote behavior.
Ensure the form is tested before publishing live.
The webmaster must embed the exact code snippet—modifying the code may break functionality.
