This guide explains how to create and send a quote for a One Time cleaning to a lead, customize quote details, and set follow-up activities within the lead workflow.
Steps
1. Create a New Lead and Select Branch
Choose the branch (or select the only branch if you have one).
Enter customer name, phone, email, and lead source (e.g., Facebook).
Select residential and the correct service type.
2. Input Service Details and Confirm Lead
Enter the correct square footage range.
Click Confirm and Create to submit the lead.
Lead will move into Quote Requested status.
3. Adjust Service or Pricing if Needed
Modify service rooms, pricing, discounts, or time estimates if customer-specific changes are needed.
Pricing will auto-fill if configured in service types; otherwise adjust manually.
4. Send the Quote to the Customer
Click Send Quote.
Edit the email template if needed (e.g., personalized notes).
Preview the quote, then click Confirm and Send.
5. Review Lead Movement in Pipeline
The lead will automatically move to Day 1 after quote is sent.
Status updates reflect activity completion.
6. Schedule Follow-Up Activity
Add an activity such as a call, text, or email for the next day.
Set time and assign to team member.
Mark activity complete to advance the lead to the next stage (e.g., Day 2).
Notes / Watch-Outs
Pricing must be predefined for auto-population; otherwise each quote requires manual entry.
Leads from forms should still receive personal outreach (call or text in addition to quote).
Follow-up tasks ensure leads progress—without them, the system may show no activity scheduled.
