Setting Up Leads
This guide explains how to configure service types so they can be used for quoting in the LEADS system, including naming, notifications, and pricing.
Steps
1. Open Service Types
Go to Company Settings → Service Types.
2. Rename for Customer-Friendly Display
Enter the customer-facing service name in the Quote Name field (e.g., "Deep Clean" instead of "Deep Clean Solo").
3. Enable Quote Form Settings
Turn on Offered in Quote Form.
Leave Send Automatically off until fully tested.
4. Add Pricing for Auto-Population
Enter pricing and estimated time values to allow automated quotes.
Auto-quotes will not send without this section completed.
5. Configure Quote Notifications
Open Quote Notifications and set text + email templates.
Include checklists, policies, and formatted content as needed.
6. Send Quotes Through the Leads Section
Go to Leads to send quotes once service types are fully configured.
Notes / Watch-Outs
Auto-quotes require pricing to be filled out—system will not send without it.
Test manually before enabling auto-send.
Templates should include cleaning checklists + customer policies for clarity.
