This guide explains how to create and send a recurring cleaning quote for an existing customer—or a new one—while keeping service types separate for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly pricing.
1. Select Customer and Start a New Quote
For returning customers, search and select their existing profile.
If new, start in Recurring and add them as a new customer.
Confirm lead details such as zip code, lead source, residential type, and service frequency (e.g., weekly).
2. Confirm Address and Square Footage
Enter or verify the address.
Ensure square footage matches what’s stored from prior services.
Save changes before continuing.
3. Select Pricing for the Recurring Service
Pricing auto-populates if preset in system; otherwise enter a custom recurring price.
Choose arrival window and expected start date as needed.
4. Edit Quote Template If Customization Is Required
Adjust subject line or service description (e.g., weekly vs. bi-weekly wording).
Add personalized context (e.g., "Thanks for allowing us to deep clean last week…").
5. Send the Quote
Preview the summarized pricing, service type, and home details.
Confirm and send to email.
Add notes before sending if needed.
6. Create Additional Quotes for Other Frequencies (If Requested)
Close the first quote and start a new one for another frequency (e.g., bi-weekly or monthly).
Select the same customer, change service type, and repeat the quote process.
Keep quotes separate to maintain different follow-up workflows and accurate emails.
Notes / Watch-Outs
Each frequency must be sent as a separate quote—do not combine them.
Templates must match the selected service type to avoid customer confusion.
Different frequencies may have different checklists, prices, and email formatting.
Follow-up logic triggers individually per quote, so separation matters for tracking.
